Intel has released a new driver for its HD Graphics 4000/2500 GPUs under Windows 7/8. This new driver v9.18.10.3071 adds new OpenGL extensions, OpenCL 1.2 support, extends Intel features like Intel Quick Sync Video to systems with discrete graphics, improves performance for Ultrabook systems and fixes multiple bugs.

v3071 is an OpenGL 4 driver (GL_VERSION: 4.0.0 – Build 9.18.10.3071) and exposes 155 OpenGL extensions (GL=139 and WGL=16). Compared to v2770, v3071 adds 9 new OpenGL extensions:
